Kalua pork in a butter lettuce leaf with hoisin sauce and green onions - a simple, tasty dinner. I made the pork by throwing about 2 pounds of pork shoulder in the slow cooker with 2 teaspoons of mesquite liquid smoke and 2 teaspoons of sea salt. Cooked it on low for 20 hours, which made my apartment smell deliciously porky, then it was time to eat.
