Cleanse, Day 19 - Lunch.
I’ve been trying to take it easy today, after yesterday’s spate of overindulgence. For breakfast, I ate the last of my corn tortillas with soyrizo, black beans, and soy sour cream with Cholula. I also had some sliced strawberries sweetened with agave on the side.
For lunch, I had leftovers of this lovely asparagus salad that my dad’s wife made for Mother’s Day dinner. She made this cleanse-friendly, and I think it was the hit of the evening. I also had more of the strawberries with some fresh mint leaves, torn and mixed in.
