too many corn chips
Cleanse, Day 4:
- Breakfast - Two pieces of brown rice bread with strawberry agave jam.
- Snack, Pt. 1 - A bunch of dried apple chips.
- Lunch - A house salad and a veggie sushi roll with avocado, cucumber, and oshinko. Unfortunately, the salad was just iceberg lettuce and dressing, the primary ingredient of which I suspect was mayonnaise. I was hungry and ate it anyway.
- Snack, Pt. 2 - Dinner was a series of snacks, including a mango, lots of corn chips, an orange, miso soup, and a tortilla and hummus.

Starting a 21-day cleanse tomorrow, in which I will try to avoid the following…
- Animal products!
